Subsidies

The new funding guidelines for federal funding for efficient buildings for individual measures (BEG EM) have been in force since January 1, 2024. Here is a brief overview:

For new heating systems, you receive subsidies of 30 to 70 percent for refurbishment, which you can combine with a supplementary loan.

In new builds, heating subsidies are only available indirectly as part of the Efficiency House subsidy. The prerequisite is the construction of an Efficiency House 40 with a sustainability certificate.
